Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via our website or email. Some orders may require 14–21 days for fulfillment due to increased demand during exceptional circumstances.

Free UK Shipping

  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £65.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

For UK orders shipped via Royal Mail, tracking updates will typically be available shortly after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Kishkin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team at contact@kishkin.com.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Kishkin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and product.

Multiple Shipments

In certain circumstances, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
